Do you ship in discreet packaging?

Yes all orders go out in discreet packaging. We do not mark any boxes with our company name or anything related to firearms.

How can I request a refund?

If you face any complications with your order, please contact Glock Factory Support immediately. Our customer service representatives will examine if your order qualifies for a refund. Refunds are at the discretion of Glockfactory.com and we do not guarantee we will offer a refund in all circumstances. please contact our support team at sales@glockfactory.com so that we can review your order and determine if it can be refunded.

How can I cancel my order

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change or add to an existing order.
